Havin’ A Laugh

Making Connections, Creating Support, Havin’ a Laugh.
Founded by Bláithín in 2013, Havin’ a Laugh is a Sligo-based mental health charity supporting people in recovery through life-enhancing activity vouchers. Working alongside support services, we help individuals reconnect with joy, confidence, and purpose, reminding them that recovery is not only possible but can be filled with lightness, laughter, and life. Our mission is to shift the focus from what’s broken to what’s blooming. ‘What if the term “mental health” evoked images of mischievousness and joy, it’s time to start changing perceptions’.
