Yoga & Sauna

At Rosses Point, I combine yoga, sauna, and cold immersion to create a powerful trifecta of wellness. My approach integrates flexibility, strength, and mindfulness from yoga, followed by detoxification and muscle relaxation in the sauna. The optional cold immersion, in either the plunge pool or the sea, enhances muscle recovery, reduces inflammation, and boosts circulation. This multi-step regimen invigorates the body’s natural healing mechanisms, fostering vitality and resilience.

Begin with a guided yoga session in The Den, a warm and welcoming indoor space overlooking Sligo Bay. When the weather holds, we sometimes bring the practice outdoors for an extra dose of fresh air and sea views. Transition to the Hotbox Sauna at the water’s edge, just steps from a popular cold dipping spot.

The fusion of heat and cold, alongside mindful yoga practice, creates a robust immune response and invigorates your senses. In just two hours, you’ll feel rejuvenated and ready for further adventures. Bláithín’s light-hearted guidance fosters a welcoming atmosphere, turning strangers into friends and ensuring a memorable and transformative experience.
