Vocal Vagus Toning Workshop

Ever heard of the vagus nerve?
It’s the key to unlocking calm, clarity, and connection, and you can heal it naturally.

This is a gentle yoga and breathwork workshop designed to soothe your nervous system and ease stress. We’ll explore simple movements and grounding practices. Then we introduce vocal toning,  i.e. using your own voice to calm your nerves and bring the body back into balance.

Tune In - Chill Out

This immersive session explores how vocal toning activates the vagus nerve to support nervous system regulation. With a blend of movement, breathwork, and easy vocal practices, we’ll gently build toward humming, vocalisation, and simple chant. A short slide presentation offers clear, science-backed insights into how sound and vibration affect the body and mind.

This mostly-seated session takes place on yoga mats, with chairs available for anyone who prefers. Whether you’re new to voice work or simply curious about the connection between sound and wellbeing, this workshop offers a warm, inclusive space to reconnect with your breath, your voice, and your sense of calm.

Attending the Vocal Vagus Toning Workshop offers simple, science-informed practices to support nervous system regulation. Through breath, movement, and sound, you may experience improved sleep, better digestion, and a greater ability to manage stress and anxiety. Small shifts, real impact, grounded in how your body naturally heals.
