Join Bláithín for the annual Stand-Up Paddle Yoga & Picnic on Lough Gill, a favourite event for both experienced and first-time paddlers. This yoga adventure begins with a serene paddle to Beezies Island, guided by qualified SUP instructors from North West Adventure Tours, where you’ll be led through an uplifting yoga session and a relaxing vinyasa wind down.
The pace is slow and contemplative, allowing you to chat with fellow paddlers or embrace the stillness through meditation. On the island, enjoy a picnic, refreshments, and downtime for strolling or journaling.
