Can’t sleep? These Sleep Retreats offer a holistic and science-informed path toward deeper rest. Whether you’re stuck in a cycle of poor sleep or simply curious about how to reset your rhythm, you’ll leave with practical insights and renewed confidence.

The “Fall in Love with Sleep” half-day workshop, combines gentle yoga, stress-relief tools, and individual assessments to help you simplify your sleep habits. For a more immersive experience, the “Sunrise to Slumber” full-day retreat blends nature walks, group sharing, light movement, sea plunges, and subtle energy work. Each experience is designed to reconnect you with the natural rhythms of rest, so you leave grounded, restored, and ready for deeply restful nights and energised days.

Sleep Recovery Background

My approach to sleep support is rooted in specialist training with Lisa Sanfilippo, author of Yoga Therapy for Insomnia and Sleep Recovery. I completed her immersive teacher training in London in 2016 and continue to deepen my understanding through annual integration calls with the Sleep Recovery community. This training offers a structured six-part program and personalised consultation framework, which I now blend with my own experience in energy healing and bodywork.
