One-to-One Yoga

My approach to one-to-one yoga sessions is centred on personalised care and attention. I begin with a comprehensive body reading analysis to understand your unique needs and areas of restriction. From there, I design a tailored yoga practice that builds a strong foundation, enhances your flexibility and strength, and aligns with your personal goals. Each session is crafted to help you deepen your practice, whether you are looking to establish a home routine or optimize your group class experience.

What to expect

In a one-to-one yoga session, you can expect a thorough body reading analysis, a personalized yoga plan, and a 45-minute take-home practice. This approach ensures that you receive targeted support and a practice tailored to your specific needs, helping you achieve optimal results.

Location & Directions

The Natural Therapies Centre is located on Teeling Street in Sligo Town.
Address: Murrow House, No. 1 Teeling Street, F91 VX45.

You’ll find it directly opposite the courthouse. Look out for the red door, it’s the last building before the crossing the road to the Garda Station.

Once inside, there are two flights of stairs to the top floor. When you arrive, please take a seat on the landing and your therapist will come out to greet you.
