Consultation and Treatment

I approach each one-to-one session as a conversation between the body, the breath, and your lived experience. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, disrupted sleep, or emotional overwhelm, this session offers space to pause, reflect, and be met with care. Drawing on my background in yoga, Reiki, energy medicine, and the science of the nervous system, I help you uncover the deeper patterns behind your symptoms and gently guide your system toward regulation, rest, and reconnection. This work is intuitive, practical, and deeply rooted in both evidence and embodied knowing.

What to expect

You can choose a 60, 75, or 90-minute session, depending on how much time you have available and the depth of support you’re seeking.  Each session begins with a 25–30 minute consultation where we explore what’s present for you, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

From there, we move into a tailored treatment designed to meet your current state. This may include Reiki Healing, Therapeutic Yoga Massage, one-to-one Yoga, or a gentle blend of practices. You don’t need to decide in advance — the format unfolds in response to what’s most needed on the day. These sessions are ideal if you’re unsure where to start, or if you’re looking for a more holistic, personalised approach to healing and support.
