I have been honored to be invited to provide health and wellbeing expertise to Grassroots project in weeklong experiential workshops in Italy and Brussels. GRASSROOTS aims to take advantage of ecotourism entrepreneurship as an emerging and powerful trend. GRASSROOTS introduces new models, skills, experiential learning, collaborative conversations, exchange of best practices, formal and informal entrepreneurship education to youth in the fields of eco-tourism sport, street food, street art and digitalization.
Trained under Lisa Sanfallipo, Sleep Recovery expert and psychotherapist I am a contributor to debveloping The Sleep Recovery Community Interest Company. This initiative is dedicated to supporting experts in sleep recovery, staying on top of the latest research findings, and using real-life experiences to enhance tools that efficiently deliver improved sleep goals. Our mission is to advance sleep health through innovative, evidence-based solutions.
I’ve crafted comprehensive wellbeing programs for ATU Sligo, integrating yoga practices, breathwork classes, and insightful talks on sleep recovery and the science of the nervous system. My dedication to evidence-based approaches ensures tailored programs that empower staff and students to prioritize their wellbeing and unlock their full potential.
As the industry partner in the ATU Sligo’s 4-year research project, I design the wellbeing aspects of practices assessed and contribute to the project’s overarching design. Focusing on urban versus rural settings, our research aims to determine the varied benefits of wellbeing practices, shaping holistic approaches for enhanced community wellness.
