Inspired by International Piano Day which is March 29th, there are over three weeks of Piano events being held internationally and we couldn’t resist adding our Piano-Yoga vibes into the mix. The previously planned Yoga-Movie night in the Riverside hotel is now developed into Yoga to Live Piano. Join us in the Riverside hotel on Friday 5th April at 7.30pm and we’ll flow into the weekend along the flawless melodies created by Maija Kravale. There will be the option to hang back for a brew, a short movie to view and some light conversations too 😉
Saturday 6th April :: 10am – 3pm :: Hike to Yoga Excursion
On Saturday morning we meet at 10am at the Riverside Hotel and travel together to the start of our hike. This will be a Grade C hike, the gentlest option available to start the year. A leisurely ramble that will allow for mingling, sight seeing and earthy meditations. Peaking with hill-top yoga stretch suited to all weather conditions and a warming beverage and snack before returning to sea level.

Sunday 7th April :: 11am – 2pm :: Yoga to Surf Experience
On Sunday we take to the beach for a Yoga Surf combination event that will guide you with confidence on to the water. The focus will be to have fun on the water and enjoy ocean energy. A mid-surf break will be added to share some personal tricks to help ‘up’ your skill level. This is the perfect time of year to venture onto the water and wash away the winter cobwebs.
